Hi, I'm Jess! I am honored you are considering enrolling your child in our program! TLC Learning Center was founded to provide more than a place for your children to spend their day. The center is designed to provide the environment, warmth, and resources every child needs to thrive while giving families the experience and professionalism they deserve from their child care provider.
